On October 27, 2025, users experienced intermittent errors and slow performance during two periods: 5:30 AM - 7:30 AM PDT and 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM PDT. This was caused by a repeated surge in automated bot traffic.

Our team identified the issue and implemented fixes to block the traffic and stabilize the system. Service was fully restored by 12:15 PM PDT. We apologize for any disruption this may have caused.
